Another valuable service OBCCI offers is Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and monitoring. Our in-house team of professionals has more than 50 man years experience in construction scheduling, with more than 700 projects completed.
Our experience includes planning and conceptual schedules, detailed construction schedules, periodic updating and monitoring of the project schedule, time impact analysis, and jobsite expediting - including short term look ahead schedules.  We are frequently called on to chair jobsite scheduling meetings with contractors, subcontractors, owners and design professionals.
We have experience in developing schedules with as many as 12,000 activities for most project types including: housing, schools, heavy construction, medical / hospital, rapid transit, water & sewer, military, museums, libraries, and airports. Owner experience includes GSA, Corps of Engineers, VA, NAVFAC, State of Florida, and numerous cities and counties. We have particular expertise in schedule analysis as an independent third-party reviewer, and can provide Project Neutral time review.
Our capabilities include major scheduling software systems such as Primavera P3TM, P6TM, SuretrakTM and Microsoft ProjectTM, Phoenix Project ManagerTM.  We are regularly requested to provide CPM training and to present seminars on schedule and time related topics.
